 Located just 30 minutes north of Pittsburgh and 10 minutes to Cranberry. We feature 2 and 3 bedroom units with 1 1/2 baths, air and a 1 car garage.  All units have large bedrooms, decks and/or patios, laundry hook ups, and storage space.  Pets are welcome. Timberbrook Townhomes is a pet friendly community! We understand that they are apart of your family as well!  Additional fees do apply.  

$200 non-refundable Pet Fee due at signing
$25 Monthly Pet Rent (per pet)

2 Pet Maximum *BREED RESTRICTIONS*
No Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier (Pitt Bull), Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman Pincher, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Shar-pei, Wolf Hybrid. Wild, exotic, non-domesticated or dangerous animals are not acceptable.
