 We offer a few different leasing term options at Taylor Ridge:

 12 months

 6 months (15% rent increase)

 3 months (20% rent increase)

Renters Insurance

Renters Insurance is a requirement at Taylor Ridge Apartments.  Kress Properties has partnered with Farmers Insurance Lori Biddle Berendt Agency.

 Taylor Ridge is a pet friendly community! We understand that they are apart of your family as well!  Additional fees do apply.  

$200 non-refundable Pet Fee due at signing
$25 Monthly Pet Rent (per pet)
