Charlotte Ann Apartments are located right off of Route 8 in the heart of Gibsonia, Pennsylvania. Close enough to shopping and schools yet far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We offer 2 bedroom/2 bath apartments that come fully equipped with all the amenities of a luxury apartment. This includes a full size washer and dryer in each unit, nine foot ceilings, large custom kitchens with refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, and also private balconies.

Lease Terms   

 We offer a few different leasing term options at Charlotte Ann: 

12 months 

 6 months (15% rent increase)

 3 months (20% rent increase)

Renters Insurance

Renters Insurance is required at Charlotte Ann Apartments. Kress Properties has partnered with Farmers Insurance Lori Biddle Berendt Agency.

 Charlotte Ann is a pet friendly community! We understand that they are apart of your family as well!  Additional fees do apply.  

 $200 non-refundable Pet Fee due at signing 

 $25 Monthly Pet Rent (per pet) 

  2 Pet Maximum
